Bird Update: We have begun to see a decrease in avian influenza cases in our area and have welcomed more birds, including penguins, flamingos, emus, hornbills and many others, back to their outdoor habitats. Birds of prey, like bald eagles, vultures, barn owls and caracaras, will continue to be housed in protective spaces, as this particular strain of HPAI appears to cause much more severe disease in wild birds of prey than in many other species. The Zoo is working on modifications to their existing outdoor exhibits for them to return. Parts of the Zoo’s walk-through exhibits in McNeil Avian Center and Wings of Asia are still closed to guests.

Advance online reservations are required for all ticket buyers and members. Reservations for the Zoo are non-refundable. The Zoo is open rain or shine.

Changes can be made to your reservation (pending availability) up until 11:59 p.m. the night before your visit. After that time, reservations are final, and changes cannot be made.

Members enjoy free admission with advance online reservations and can have one reservation per membership at a time for up to the number of adults and children covered.
